Control Systems GUI Developer (Danfoss Plus+1)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Danfoss Plus+1 Display/GUI Developer to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting existing display programs from DP250 to DP430 and developing control logic for our mining equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, specifically with Danfoss Plus+1 GUIDE, and experience in the mining or heavy machinery industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field 
• Proven experience in developing and converting display programs using Danfoss Plus+1 GUIDE 
• Strong understanding of control logic development and configuration 
• Familiarity with J1939 protocol and engine fault diagnostics 
• Proficiency in using JIRA for requirements management and project tracking 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) 

Nice to have:

• Experience in the mining or heavy machinery industry 
• Knowledge of multiple languages for troubleshooting screens (e.g., English, Spanish, Greek) 
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies 

Responsibilities:

• Convert Danfoss Plus+1 display programs from DP250 to DP430 
• Develop and implement control logic for various screens on DP430 
• Work with different controllers 
• Collaborate with the engineering team using JIRA 
• Troubleshoot and resolve display program issues 
• Ensure compliance with industry standards
